Welcome to AIIntegration. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AIIntegration offerings under the domain aiintegration.vip. Please read them carefully before engaging with any service, digital resource, or physical product.
1. General Conditions
- AIIntegration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on aiintegration.vip.
- By using any offering, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable regulations.
2. Scope of Offerings
- Custom AI Implementation Services: Tailored development and integration of artificial intelligence solutions for business processes.
- Digital Information Products: Downloadable training modules, documentation, and data sets.
- Physical AI Hardware Kits: Preconfigured hardware components designed for on-site deployment.
3. Service Provision
Custom AI Implementation Services are delivered according to individually agreed schedules. Work commences after confirmation of project specifications and payment.
4. Digital Resources
Access to digital modules is granted upon payment confirmation. All materials are provided in downloadable format.
5. Physical Products
Physical kits are shipped to the address provided by you. Shipping times vary based on destination.
6. Reimbursement Policy
AIIntegration offers a reimbursement framework tailored to the type of offering. Requests must be submitted via our contact form within the specified period.
6.1 Custom AI Implementation Services
- Full reimbursement available if a request is made within 14 days of payment and no significant work has started.
- Partial reimbursement may be granted after work has commenced, based on documented effort. Remaining credit may be applied to future services.
- Clients may elect to reschedule service sessions up to two times without penalty, provided notice is given at least 7 days in advance.
6.2 Digital Information Products
- Reimbursement requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of download, provided less than 10% of the content has been accessed.
- After 7 days or if more than 10% of content is accessed, no reimbursement is available due to the nature of digital delivery.
6.3 Physical AI Hardware Kits
- Defective products may be sent back within 30 days of receipt for replacement or reimbursement.
- To qualify, items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back are the responsibility of the customer.
7. No Reimbursement Cases
Custom solutions delivered and accepted by the client are not eligible for reimbursement. This includes completed model training, delivered codebases, and final documentation.
8. Reimbursement Process
Reimbursements are processed within 30 days of approval via the original payment method. Credit may be issued when direct method processing is not available.

10. Changes to Terms
